Regulatory status

Parkmont Advisory is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or placement agent, and is not a member of FINRA or SIPC. Parkmont does not effect transactions in securities, does not hold or take custody of client funds or securities, does not provide financing to any party to a transaction, and does not have binding authority on behalf of any client.

Commercial finance services

Parkmont provides commercial finance brokerage services, connecting business borrowers with lenders for commercial loan facilities including equipment financing, working capital, asset-based lending, SBA programs, acquisition financing, commercial real estate, and private credit. Commercial loans are not securities.

No fee or other consideration is requested or accepted from a borrower before a facility closes. Third-party costs such as appraisal, survey, title, and credit reports are paid by the client directly to the provider. All fees are set out in writing in the engagement letter before work begins.

Availability of commercial finance brokerage services varies by jurisdiction and is subject to applicable state licensing and registration requirements, which are assessed for each engagement.

Revenue advisory services

Revenue advisory engagements — market research, positioning, targeted outreach, opportunity qualification, and related sales processes — are advisory and implementation services. They do not involve securities, lending, or financial intermediation of any kind.

Deal origination services

Deal origination covers company research, market mapping, engagement and qualification for institutional clients within an agreed scope. It does not include transaction execution, valuation, securities placement or fund fundraising.
